What is your returns policy?
To be eligible for a 14-day change of mind return on a candle, your item/s must be unused and in the same condition that you received the order. Your purchase must also be in the original packaging and received by The Love Cleanse within 14 days of the order delivery date. 

Please note that there are no change of mind returns for digital download purchases. 

How do I return my item/s? 
If you wish to request a return, please email connect@thelovecleanse.com.au with your reason for the change of mind and your online order number.

If your return is approved, you will be given return information via an email reply, however, it is important to note that (unless deemed faulty) return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

How do I receive my refund once you receive my return? 
You can choose between a refund back to the exact and original payment method or an online credit to the purchase value of the product/s. 

Once your return is received and inspected by TLC, we will send you a courtesy email to notify you that we have received and processed your returned item/s.

Afterpay refunds will refund you the amount already paid towards your payment schedule and cancel any further payments.

Refunds made back to your credit / debit card can take up to 5 business days to securely return to you once initiated by TLC.
