To be eligible for a 14-day change of mind return, your item/s must be unused and in the same condition that you received the order.
Due to health regulations, we are unable to accept change of mind returns on bath and beauty / skincare products and earrings.
How do I return my item/s?

Please note: (unless deemed faulty) return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
How do I receive my refund once you receive my return?
You can choose between a refund back to the exact and original payment method or an online credit to the purchase value of the product/s.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you a courtesy email to notify you that we have processed your returned item/s.
Afterpay refunds will refund you the amount already paid towards your payment schedule and cancel any further payments.
Refunds made back to your credit / debit card can take up to 5 business days to securely return to you once initiated by TLC.
