These flowers are so very valuable. Chamomile flowers have unusually largish yellow cone-shaped centres surrounded by tiny white daisy-like petals and grow to an impressive pot height of 60cm.

Commonly dried and steeped to make a fine tea because of its well known anti-inflammatory benefits, chamomile is revered by health and beauty lovers for its many remedial uses to bring a greater sense of calm.
